Marianne Shillingford

Marianne Shillingford's work embraces a wide range of diverse skills including product development, training, event hosting and management. She is a skilled interior designer and specialist in colour and decoration.   

As well as studying art and design, Marianne trained in signwriting, painting and decorating and specialist wall finishes.  Working with a team of highly skilled artists and craftsmen she has run a successful business combining practical decorating skills with interior design and colour expertise for over 20 years.   

Marianne brings a refreshingly practical and unpretentious approach to all her projects and is well known for on-site problem solving and providing creative solutions for even the most difficult design briefs including covering Trafalgar Square in a carpet of living flowers. 

She has great communication skills and is a superb live presenter offering entertaining and informative presentations and training courses in design, colour, DIY and craft skills.
